Ever since I was a child, I was constantly searching. I became a member of several churches with different denominations over the years. They taught me all about sin, what I was doing wrong, and what I must do to get to heaven. I have been Baptist, Methodist, Atheist, Christian, Catholic, and Mormon. My mom always joked with me that I was preparing for heaven by covering all my bases. I even turned my back on the Divine at a period in my life because the religious organizations didn’t accept me for who I was. Don’t get me wrong. I have learned to honor my journey, and I have met some amazing individuals along the way. I knew deep down that the answers I was seeking, I was not going to find in church. I had to go inward.

Religious trauma can range from extreme to mild, and plays a role in how we view ourselves, and how we decide to manifest our spiritual paths in this life. I was personally affected by religious trauma. It took many years, reading books and articles, and inner retrospection for me to discover my own truth. My spiritual path is constantly changing and flowing like water. Being open and honoring my inner guidance system has helped me to find answers that truly resonate with me and who I am. I am not perfect, and therefore do not have all the answers. We are all divine beings on an experiential journey. That’s why we came here, to love, connect, and share beautiful experiences.

I aspire to encourage others to look to their Higher Self for guidance, and to tune in to their own intuition. We are all on different journeys with different goals for healing in this current life we are living on Earth. Religious organizations and government paradigms paint a different picture of what life should be, than what aligns with our true nature, and sometimes we need help to go back to who we were meant to be. Through coaching, creating ceremonies, and using healing plants, I help others come back into contact with their own truths, so they can live an amazing and joyous life.
